About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, result-oriented, and experienced in drivingqualified leads, conversions, and ROI through paid digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Handle Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, remarketing, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Set up and monitor GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance and prepare reports using Excel/Google Sheets/Looker Studio.
- Work with Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Support SEO, CRO, AI tools, and marketing automation activities as required.

Must-Have Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads Meta Ads.
- Performance Marketing Lead Generation.
- Conversion Tracking, GA4 GTM.




- Understanding of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR CVR.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience in SaaS, Technology, B2B/B2C, or Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, CRM, and AI marketing tools.
- Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, n8n, Zapier, or Make.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Proven experience in generating leads and improving campaign performance.
