● Ability to develop strategies to improve views, reach, watch time, engagement, and subscribers.

● Good understanding of thumbnail strategy, including what makes thumbnails engaging and clickable.

● Experience in content strategy, trending topics, and competitor analysis.

● Understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies.

● Ability to monitor channel performance and provide data-driven recommendations for growth.

● Positive communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

● Relevant experience in YouTube channel management, digital marketing, or content growth is preferred.
