Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital presence across platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys content creation, social media trends, and building online communities. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Job Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for tone and clarity

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and publish content across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube, etc.
- Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars aligned with marketing goals
- Leverage AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, creatives, hashtags, scheduling, and trend analysis.




- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and AI insights; prepare regular reports.
- Identify trends, audience behavior, and opportunities using data-driven and AI-assisted analysis
- Create engaging posts, captions, stories, reels, and basic creatives (using tools like Canva)
- Support campaign execution for product launches, events, demo sessions, workshops, and hiring initiative
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; ensure timely responses and community engagement
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and share periodic reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, hashtags, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to capture content from events, sessions, and office activities
- Support employer branding and culture-related content
