Job Overview We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our energetic team. You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality visual communication across all channels. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute a wide range of design projects including branding, digital marketing assets, social media content, presentations, print materials, and web/UI components.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive design solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
- Mentor and guide junior designers; provide constructive feedback and creative direction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Translate strategic goals into clear, creative, and impactful design.




- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Work with vendors (printers, developers, etc.) to ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX tools is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work across various media.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding.
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
