Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote CVR Loans’ portfolio of loan products and services. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, requiring close coordination with sales and operations teams to generate qualified leads and improve brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, optimizing website content, running paid campaigns, monitoring SEO and SEM performance, and analyzing campaign metrics to refine strategies.

The role also involves creating marketing collateral, coordinating with designers and content writers,



and supporting customer engagement initiatives via email and messaging platforms. The Executive will contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and online lead generation.
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta platforms, email marketing tools, and WhatsApp/business messaging.
- Competence in content-related activities, such as briefing content, reviewing creatives, and ensuring brand-consistent messaging.
- Data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare concise reports and dashboards.
- Good understanding of financial services or consumer lending markets in India (experience with loans or banking products is an advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Proficiency in basic design or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, Excel) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
