Calsoft is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in running paid campaigns, generating leads, improving organic visibility, and measuring marketing performance.

We’re looking for someone who has actually managed live campaigns

, monitored results, optimized performance, and can clearly explain what worked, what didn’t, and why.

What You’ll Do

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets, audiences, targeting, creatives, and lead-generation performance
- Track and improve CPL, conversions, lead quality, and campaign ROI
- Execute SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO, content planning, and performance monitoring




- Manage social media marketing (SMM) , content calendars, posts, and campaigns

- Use GA4 and Google Search Console to analyse traffic, conversions, and website performance
- Prepare clear weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations

- Work closely with the sales and content teams to improve lead quality and conversion

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of practical digital marketing experience

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and SMM
- Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, and reporting/analytics tools
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and lead generation

- Ability to analyse data and explain campaign results
- Positive communication and coordination skills
