Key Responsibilities

- Paid Performance Marketing: Plan, create, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive lead generation, sales, and ROI.
- Tracking & Analytics Setup: Set up, monitor, and analyze website performance and traffic metrics using Google Analytics .
- Advanced Implementation: Handle end-to-end Tag Implementation (via Google Tag Manager) and Pixel Implementation (Meta Pixel) to ensure accurate conversion tracking and audience retargeting data.
- Website Audits & On-Page SEO: Perform periodic Website Audits to identify technical errors, page speed bottlenecks, and user experience issues, while executing On-Page SEO optimizations (meta tags, headings, content structure) for better organic reach.
- Social Media Marketing:



Manage and execute daily Social Media Marketing initiatives across company platforms to build brand awareness, engagement, and community interaction.
- Campaign Reporting & Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze ROI, and prepare actionable performance reports to continuously optimize active ad sets and marketing funnels.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and analytics.
- Strong working knowledge of paid campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads (PPC) .
- Practical experience with Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager / Tag Implementation , and Meta Pixel Implementation .
- Valuable understanding of On-Page SEO , Website Audits , and basic keyword research / traffic analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Social Media Marketing and community management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot tracking issues, and manage multiple marketing tasks efficiently.
