Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the individual will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email to promote Celestibia’s cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and data services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media profiles, creating and updating web content, coordinating with internal teams to develop marketing assets, and monitoring campaign performance through web analytics and reporting.

The role also involves supporting lead generation efforts, optimizing digital funnels, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all online touchpoints. Collaboration with sales, engineering, and leadership teams will be essential to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

- Generate reports and track digital marketing KPIs.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications

- Strong Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns.
- Excellent Communication and Web Content Writing abilities to craft clear, engaging, and technically accurate messaging.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Understanding of B2B technology or cloud services marketing is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
