Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Lucknow.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote BioBird’s products across various online channels.

Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and publishing web content, coordinating with design and product teams for marketing assets, and optimizing campaigns based on performance data and web analytics. The role involves monitoring brand presence, engaging with online communities, conducting competitor and market research, and preparing regular performance reports.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will contribute to overall marketing strategy,



support product launches, and ensure brand messaging is consistent, accurate, and aligned with BioBird’s values.

Qualifications

- Robust Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and understanding of digital marketing funnels.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging across channels.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and platform-specific best practices.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing, with the ability to produce compelling copy for websites, landing pages, blogs, and product descriptions.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance and user behavior.
- Relevant experience in beauty, skincare, haircare, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and adapting to a fast-paced, data-informed environment.
