Role & responsibilities The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation for Arihants real estate projects. This full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai includes managing social media channels, coordinating content creation for web and digital platforms, and monitoring campaign performance across various online mediums. Daily tasks involve developing marketing plans, implementing SEO and SEM strategies, analyzing web traffic and engagement metrics, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

The role will also collaborate with sales, design, and external agencies to align digital activities with overall marketing and business objectives, and prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills,



including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content scheduling, community management, and platform-specific optimization.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills, including creating concise, engaging, and SEO-aligned copy for websites and digital assets.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including tracking KPIs, interpreting data, and using insights to improve campaign performance.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM tools, Google Analytics, and social media ad platforms is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site setting in Navi Mumbai, with strong organizational and time management skills.
