The coordinator will work closely with the Digital Content Specialist and broader marketing team to ensure all content aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, creative flair, and the ability to adapt messaging across various platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining content calendars, managing digital assets, and providing insightful reports on social media performance to inform future campaigns.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess 1-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields. Hands-on experience with managing organic social media content from setup to publishing is essential.

Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Later is required, with a preference for experience in Sprout Social.



The candidate should have a strong understanding of best practices across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, along with excellent copywriting skills. Basic graphic design capabilities using tools like Canva are preferred.

Additionally, familiarity with digital advertising assets, content permissions, and creative approvals will be advantageous. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze social media metrics effectively.

Responsibilities The core responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Coordinator include managing organic social media content by creating, scheduling, and publishing posts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
