About the Role

Codesvera Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic to practical knowledge of digital marketing, and the confidence to interact with potential customers.

The role involves digital marketing, lead generation, telecalling, customer follow-ups, and business development activities. The candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, online research, and telecalling.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Manage and support the company's social media marketing activities.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and coordinate promotional content for social media platforms.
- Research potential customers and identify current business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Digital Marketing Skills Required The candidate should have knowledge of, or willingness to work with, the following:
- Social Media Marketing – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Advertising




- Google Ads – Search and basic campaign management
- SEO basics – keyword research, on-page SEO, and website optimization concepts
- Google Analytics / GA4 – basic understanding of website and campaign performance
- Google Search Console – basic knowledge is an advantage
- Lead Generation through social media, Google, online platforms, and other digital channels
- Content Marketing and basic content planning
- Social Media Content Creation and posting
- Canva or similar design tools for creating basic marketing creatives
- Email Marketing – basic understanding of promotional email campaigns
- WhatsApp Marketing and customer engagement
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, CPC, CTR, leads, and conversions
- Ability to research competitors, markets, and potential customers online

Telecalling & Sales Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls.
- Ability to explain products and services clearly.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and rejection professionally.
- Ability to convert leads into appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information.





Qualifications & Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing, telecalling, sales, lead generation, or business development are preferred.
- Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Good command of English and Malayalam; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
