Bayut constructions is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to build our online presence, generate leads, and showcase our construction projects to prospective clients and partners.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) targeting homeowners, developers, or commercial clients

- Manage social media accounts, showcasing project photos, videos, and before/after content

- Write and manage blog content, case studies, and project spotlights

- Manage email campaigns for leads, past clients, and referral partners

- Track campaign performance and lead generation metrics (cost per lead, conversion rate)

- Coordinate with project managers/field teams to gather content (photos, videos, testimonials)

- Manage online reviews and reputation (Google, Yelp, Houzz, etc.)

- Support trade show, sponsorship, and local marketing efforts

Requirements

- 2+ years of digital marketing experience

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social platforms

- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile management

- Robust copywriting and visual storytelling skills

- Familiarity with CRM/email tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
