Key Responsibilities

- Build, update and maintain OES website pages and landing pages, including programme information, forms and news. Use WordPress or a comparable CMS, troubleshoot routine issues and coordinate more complex development work.

- Improve visibility through on-page, technical and local SEO, including keyword research, page titles and meta descriptions, internal links, site speed, indexing and Google Business Profile updates.

- Plan and manage social media marketing across LinkedIn and OESs other channels; schedule posts, support campaign launches and review reach, engagement and enquiries.

- Set up and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including audience targeting, budgets, landing pages and conversion tracking.

- Use GA4, Search Console and Tag Manager to track traffic, rankings, campaign performance and enquiries; prepare concise reports and recommend improvements.

- Work with the Head of Communications and content and design colleague to turn OES programme updates into consistent,



platform-ready website and campaign materials.

Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on website management or development and campaign execution. Education, skilling, nonprofit or CSR experience is an advantage.

- Practical knowledge of WordPress or a similar CMS, HTML and CSS, and basic JavaScript; able to update landing pages, forms and plugins and troubleshoot routine website issues.

- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager and keyword or performance tools.

- Experience setting up and optimizing Google and Meta campaigns. LinkedIn Ads experience is an advantage.

- Solid understanding of analytics, conversion tracking and lead generation. A portfolio or examples of websites and campaigns, with results where available, is required.

- A bachelors degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Communications or a related field is preferred.
