Role & Responsibilities
- Counsel students about Digital Marketing, AI & career-oriented courses
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and follow-ups
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, batches and career opportunities
- Convert qualified leads into admissions
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records
Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing is mandatory
- Understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent counselling and convincing abilities
- Good sales and lead-conversion skills
- Confident in communicating with students and parents
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Basic understanding of AI tools will be an added advantage
- Experience in education counselling, sales or digital marketing will be preferred
