Role Description The Digital Marketer cum Trainer (Malayalam) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online channels, with a focus on the Malayalam-speaking audience. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing content, monitoring web analytics, generating and nurturing leads, and supporting overall marketing initiatives.

In addition, the role requires designing and delivering training sessions in Malayalam on digital marketing concepts, tools,



and best practices for learners or internal teams.

The Digital

Marketer cum Trainer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals and training objectives are met effectively.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and execute Digital Marketing campaigns, including Marketing strategy development and implementation.
- Skills in Social Media Marketing for audience engagement and brand promotion across relevant platforms.
- Experience in Lead Generation using digital channels to attract, qualify, and convert prospects.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong fluency in Malayalam and English, with the ability to train and present clearly in Malayalam.
- Prior experience as a digital marketing trainer or educator is advantageous.
- Valuable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
