Key Responsibilities

● Act as an SME for SCM and Packaging processes, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements

● Design, implement, and support labeling solutions (e.g., BarTender, NiceLabel, Loftware)

● Work closely with SAP Logistics (MM, SD, WM/EWM) modules for packaging and labeling integration

● Configure and manage label printing processes, including barcode standards and compliance

● Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable packaging and labeling solutions

● Support end-to-end supply chain processes, including packaging, serialization, and distribution

● Troubleshoot issues related to SAP logistics and labeling systems

● Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GS1, UDI, industry standards)

● Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities

● Document business processes, SOPs,



and technical specifications

● Provide user training and post-implementation support

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong experience in SCM / Packaging domain

● Hands-on expertise with labeling tools (BarTender, NiceLabel, Loftware, or similar)

● Experience working with SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, WM/EWM)

● Knowledge of label printing processes, barcode standards, and packaging workflows

● Understanding of supply chain operations and inventory management

● Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills

● Experience in system integrations between SAP and labeling tools

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with serialization and track & trace systems

● Knowledge of GS1 standards, UDI requirements, or regulatory compliance frameworks

● Familiarity with SAP integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, APIs)

● Exposure to warehouse automation systems

● Certification in SAP or labeling tools (preferred)

● Background in industries such as Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail
