Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Digital Lead Coordination – Lead Generation & Follow-Up professional to manage digital and database leads, generate new sales opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.

The role will involve old lead reactivation, cold calling, outbound calling, digital lead management, customer qualification, appointment generation, and coordination with BDM, Store, and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, have excellent communication and convincing skills, and be highly disciplined with follow-ups.

? Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads received through the website, social media, digital platforms, and other online channels.
- Follow up with old, inactive, pending, and existing leads from the company database.
- Reconnect with previous customers and reactivate potential sales opportunities.




- Conduct daily cold calling and outbound calling to generate new leads.
- Connect with HNI customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and other potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and identify and qualify genuine sales opportunities.
- Generate and schedule customer appointments for BDM, Store, and Sales teams.
- Receive, verify, categorize, and assign digital leads to the relevant sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead status, remarks, follow-up dates, and customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up until the lead is converted, closed, or marked for future follow-up.
- Coordinate with BDMs, Store Managers, and Sales teams for qualified leads and appointments.
- Track lead movement from enquiry to appointment, quotation, and final closure.
- Identify gaps in lead follow-up and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Support digital marketing activities related to lead generation and database building.
- Prepare daily and weekly calling, lead generation, appointment, and conversion MIS.

Skills Profile

- 0–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Lead Coordination, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Pre-Sales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication and confidence on calls may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and disciplined in follow-ups.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
