- Leads WCL's overall digital function - setting strategy across social, SEM, performance, website etc. Owns the digital P&L; within the marketing budget, manages the digital agency ecosystem, and is the primary interface between digital and the ATL/BTL teams. Reports to the Branding Head and presents digital ROI at leadership reviews.

- Define and own annual digital marketing strategy across channels

- Set channel-wise budgets, KPIs and agency SLAs;

- hold agency partners accountable to delivery Lead the digital team (Creative Manager, Media Manager) and build capability across the function Integrate digital planning with ATL and BTL workstreams -

- ensure campaigns are coherent across touchpoints Own MarTech stack decisions - evaluate, recommend and oversee tools across paid media, social and analytics

- Drive lead generation strategy in coordination with the sales team Oversee WCL website strategy - UX direction, SEO and lead funnel performance.
