– DIGITAL GROWTH EXECUTIVE

1. Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Growth Executive to support the digital marketing and growth initiatives of SGES & TAQELL. The role will bring together digital marketing strategy, AI tools, marketing technology, campaign execution, lead generation, and analytics.

This is not purely a social media or content execution role. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem, be comfortable implementing new tools and technologies, coordinate effectively with external partners and internal teams, and translate marketing strategies into measurable business activities.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies for SGES & TAQELL.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
- Maintain and manage the overall content and campaign calendar and coordinate with external creative partners.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement relevant marketing tools, platforms, and technologies.
- Identify and implement AI tools that can improve marketing productivity, research, content development, campaign execution, and lead management.
- Explore AI-driven automation opportunities for repetitive marketing activities and internal workflows.
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, databases, and lead-nurturing activities.
- Support structured digital lead-generation, outreach, and engagement campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, enquiries, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and other relevant marketing metrics.
- Develop meaningful marketing dashboards and performance reports for management review.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping to identify potential growth areas.
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams, technical teams, external agencies, freelancers, and other marketing partners.




- Support the development and implementation of new digital channels, AI applications, automation initiatives, and marketing approaches.
- Continuously evaluate emerging digital and AI technologies and identify practical applications for business growth.
- Over time, support client engagement and account-development activities as required.

3. Skills & Experience

- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution.
- Practical experience in using AI tools for marketing, with the ability to identify relevant use cases and implement them effectively.
- Positive understanding of marketing tools, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Ability to analyse marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination, organisation, and project-management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with agencies, freelancers, regional teams, and technical professionals.
- Proactive and curious approach towards experimenting with new AI tools, digital technologies, and marketing approaches.
- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
