Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Digital Designer Executive with strong expertise in graphic design, presentation design, digital creatives, and AI-powered design tools. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual communication for digital, print, internal, and marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design leaflets, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, templates, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations, business decks, reports, and corporate templates.
- Develop creatives for social media, WhatsApp, emailers, websites, digital campaigns, and internal communication.
- Use AI-powered design tools to generate creative concepts, visuals, layouts, and design variations.
- Convert creative briefs into high-quality and impactful visual communication.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Adapt designs for different digital and print formats.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Business, and other stakeholders for creative requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver creatives within defined timelines.

Required Skills




- Robust knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar design software.
- Excellent PowerPoint / Presentation Design skills.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and other digital design platforms.
- Experience using AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, ChatGPT, or similar.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- Experience in BFSI, Insurance, Financial Services, Fintech, or Corporate/Marketing environments will be an advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, presentation, and AI-assisted creative work.
