Role Description: The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing digital content that supports CYBEXEL’s brand, marketing, and client communication goals. Day-to-day tasks include creating engaging copy and visuals for websites, social media, and other digital platforms; collaborating with marketing and design teams to develop content concepts; and ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and project objectives. The role also involves researching industry trends, optimizing content for search and engagement, monitoring performance metrics,



and refining content based on data and feedback.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in digital content creation, including writing transparent, engaging social media and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to develop content concepts and strategies that support brand positioning, lead generation, and audience engagement.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, social media, and content performance tracking.
- Proficiency with common content and design tools (e.g., CapCut or similar tools, basic image/video editing software).
- Excellent command of English, with strong grammar, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, collaborate effectively in a team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience creating content for IT services, technology, or consulting domains is an advantage.
