Caimue is a video-first B2B marketing agency running end-to-end marketing for a portfolio of rapid-moving companies. We create content that doesn't read like generic corporate marketing, and we need people who genuinely enjoy building that kind of content, not just producing volume.

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our production team and create content across social platforms for our client brands, from the first idea to the published post. You'll work closely with the Marketing Associates who own each account, turning strategy into actual content people want to engage with.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms across multiple client brands
- Support campaign execution end-to-end, from concept to scheduling to publishing
- Appear on camera as needed, for brand content, behind-the-scenes pieces,



and campaign videos
- Collaborate closely with the video editing team to make sure content is cohesive across formats
- Keep an eye on what's performing well across platforms and bring those learnings back into planning
- Support poster, carousel, and static content creation alongside video-based content

What We're Looking For

- A strong sense of content and storytelling, you should be able to look at a brief and see the story in it, not just the task
- Comfortable and confident on camera, this is a hard requirement, the role includes on-camera facing responsibilities as part of regular work
- Fresh graduates welcome, no prior professional experience required, but a portfolio of personal content (Instagram, YouTube, or similar) is a strong plus
- Genuine curiosity about social media trends, formats, and what makes content actually get watched
- Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly, content work here moves fast.
