This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of design, storytelling, and strategy. You will own and build co mpan’s visual knowledge infrastructure from the ground up — organizing and migrating a legacy archive onto a cl o ud-bsed

Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform and turning decades of work into a living, searchable, usable librry.

Wh a t Youll Do

– Lead the organization and migration of firms physical server archive into a cloud-based DAM platform (OpenAsset or equivlent)

– Build and maintain a structured, tagged, searchable library of 180+ projects — organized by typology, scale, drawings, photography, renders

and wrte-ups

– Develop and enforce a taxonomy and tagging system so anyone can find anything inseconds

– Work with directors, associates and project architects to capture, curate, and update assets as current pro j ects are elivered





– Own the quality of KA's visual output - ensure photography, renders, plans, and project narratives are correctly filed and publicaion-ready

– Support proposal preparation, award submissions, and media requests by surfacing the r ight conten instantly

– Manage user access, permissions, and version control across he platfo r m

What We'e Looking For

– Experience in digital asset management, library science, knowledge management, or a related field — ideally within architecture, design, or a cretive industry

– Comfortable with / Open to learn DAM platforms (OpenAsset, Bynder, or similar); willingness to be c ome the firm's nternal expert

– Methodical, Detail-oriented and systematic - you care about consistency, naming convention, and structure

– Strong communicator who can work with architects - you'll need to extract in f ormation from buspeople and make hat easy for them

– Proactive and self-directed; able to prioritise a large backlog withut losing momentum

– Graphical and Vsual sensibilities.

– Familiarity with architectural drawing types (pl ans, sections, elevat
