We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Dietitian/Nutritionist to provide expert nutritional guidance and customized diet plans to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and wellness through evidence-based dietary practices and a patient-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient nutritional needs, medical conditions, lifestyle, and goals.
- Customized Meal Planning:
- Develop and implement tailored diet plans to meet individual patient requirements, including weight management, disease prevention, and therapeutic diets.
- Nutritional Education:
- Educate patient about proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle choices.
- Address common dietary misconceptions and promote sustainable changes.
- Monitoring Progress:
- Track and review clients’ progress,
adjust diet plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and motivation.
- Collaboration:
- Work with healthcare professionals, fitness trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to client health.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
- Staying Updated:
- Stay informed about the latest developments in nutrition science and dietary guidelines.
