Tool Skills - CATIA V5 NX will be added advantage
Soft Skills Valuable Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Good presentation skill
Relevant Experience Min 2 Max 5
Relevant Skills - Should be familiar with dies for Tandem, transfer & progressive press lines.
- Hands-on experience in the design of all operations of Die designs blank, Draw, Trim, Restrike, Flange of large automotive parts
- Experience in the design of cams
- Should have knowledge in the usage of standard parts for die designs from Misumi, Dayton, Sankyo catalogues, die materials & related applications.
- Sound knowledge in castablity standards & related applications to die design.
- Sound knowledge in panel transfer mechanisms of press lines Robot, Crossbar, Feed-bar etc & their applicRole & responsibilities
