Experience : 4 - 9 Years

Education: Full Time Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Culture

Deep knowledge of Best safe work practices in Die related work Identify and eliminate Unsafe Act and Unsafe Condition in shop floor

Monitoring Safe work and taking corrective action of lapses

1. Understanding Die Maintenance:

Monitor Safety in Die Maintenance workplace Know how of what is Die in stamping process (Draw, Trim, Flanging, Piercing)

Preventive and Predictive maintenance Plan and Actual

Issue resolution -Metal Flow, clearances, Spring back, Cushion effect and counter action, burr ,chip mark, Punch alignment. Engineering change study and implementation

Effect of action on Thinning and Wrinkles, Die balancing

Effective use of Die Tryout Press with secure working practices

Know how of Machining process- CNC and other tool room machines

1. Enhancing Longevity with Regular Die Maintenance

Best practice for Die maintenance for enhancement of Die Life and Product Quality Creating of Forms, Check sheet, etc. for recording the Die PM, its results and certification for each PM activity
1. Maximizing Performance for Precision Results

Dimensional issue resolution and balancing for Die for consistency in dimensions Taking corrective action for other Quality issue

Coordination with Quality and Production department for Planning of Die related work

Validation and signoff of major activity

1. Cost-Efficiency Through Preventive Measures

Reduction of Production down time with effective solution for Die related issues Maintain cost performance with control over consumables and other items used
1. Minimizing Downtime, Maximizing Productivity





Improvement in over all SPH, SPM for each die set Identify and implement Short team and long term actions for reduction in down time

Capture lessons learnt for upcoming projects and ensured right buyoff with evidences

1. Quality Assurance: A Result of Regular Die Inspections

Ensure Right process and documents are followed for Die inspection Ensure all work practicers are implemented for inspection and PM

Creation of Documents for Work standard, Safety and productivity

Record keeping and 4M change implementation for any major change in Die

1. Transitioning Towards Proactive Die Care

Focus on Predictive Die maintenance Keeping data to support Die maintained improvement plan

Rigorous focus on Safety and Quality of Work

1. ISO/EMS/Safety Management

Actively participate in implementation of ISO/EMS and Safety systems Creation of Formats, Work Instruction, Checklist etc for effective implementation

Ensure the requirements of each standards are met in its fullest

1. Report Preparation

Creation of KPI and monitoring system for Die Maintenance Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Data sharing in reports

Preparation of Monthly KPI report and action pan to meet and bet the expectation
