Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Diagnostic Lab Purchase Executive in the diagnostic industry. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities for diagnostic lab supplies, reagents, consumables, and equipment, ensuring timely availability and cost-effective purchasing.

Responsibilities include processing and tracking purchase requisitions and purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, negotiating terms,



and maintaining accurate records. The executive will work closely with operations, finance, and quality teams to align purchasing with inventory levels, service requirements, and compliance standards. Daily tasks also include monitoring delivery schedules, resolving discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement in purchasing processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions for diagnostic lab supplies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, with experience in vendor coordination and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Prior experience in the diagnostic or healthcare industry, especially in lab procurement, is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of inventory management, basic commercial terms, and procurement software or ERP systems is preferred.
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to work with timelines and budgets are important.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; a background in science, healthcare, or supply chain will be an advantage.
