We are looking for a Diagnostic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of diagnostic services in a hospital in Vijayawada. The role involves coordinating diagnostic activities, supporting quality and patient-care standards, managing staff and resources, and ensuring smooth workflow across the department.

Qualifications

- Relevant qualification in healthcare, diagnostics, hospital administration, or a related field.

- Relevant experience in diagnostic services or hospital operations.

- Knowledge of diagnostic department workflows and procedures.

- Strong team-management and coordination skills.

- Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of diagnostic services.

- Coordinate with radiology, laboratory, clinical, and other relevant departments.





- Supervise diagnostic staff and manage departmental workflow.

- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of diagnostic services.

- Monitor equipment, supplies, and departmental resources.

- Maintain proper records and operational documentation.

- Support quality-control and patient-safety procedures.

- Address operational issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions.

- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and applicable procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
