1. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Home Dialysis Technician to provide protected and quality dialysis treatment to patients in their homes. The technician will be responsible for dialysis machine setup, treatment assistance, patient monitoring, infection control, and maintaining proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct home dialysis sessions as per the prescribed treatment plan and medical instructions.
2. Set up, operate, and safely dismantle the dialysis machine and related equipment.
3. Monitor the patients vital signs and condition before, during, and after dialysis.
4. Follow strict infection prevention and control practices.
5. Prepare and check dialysis consumables, equipment, and medications as instructed.

Identify and immediately report any abnormal patient condition, machine alarm, or treatment-related issue.
7. Maintain accurate records of dialysis sessions, patient observations, and treatment parameters.
8. Ensure proper handling, cleaning, disinfection, and storage of dialysis equipment.
9. Educate and support patients/family members regarding basic dialysis procedures and safety precautions, as instructed by the clinical team.
10. Coordinate with the nephrologist/nurse/clinical team regarding patient care and treatment requirements.
11. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow organizational policies and NABH standards.
12. Ensure availability and proper use of emergency equipment during home dialysis sessions.
