Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead and manage complete MEP functions for real estate projects.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee MEP design, execution, coordination and project delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Manage Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and related services.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects and project teams.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure quality, timelines, cost control and statutory compliance.

•⁠ ⁠Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and site execution.

•⁠ ⁠Handle MEP planning, budgeting, procurement and vendor management.

•⁠ ⁠Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Candidate Profile

•⁠ ⁠Only Real Estate industry experience is required.

•⁠ ⁠Relevant experience in MEP project execution and management.

•⁠ ⁠Robust knowledge of building services and MEP coordination.

•⁠ ⁠Valuable leadership, communication and team-management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Candidates available for immediate/early joining preferred.
