- Lead and manage complete MEP functions for real estate projects.
- Oversee MEP design, execution, coordination and project delivery.
- Manage Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and related services.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects and project teams.
- Ensure quality, timelines, cost control and statutory compliance.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and site execution.
- Handle MEP planning, budgeting, procurement and vendor management.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Candidate Profile:
- Only Real Estate industry experience is required.
- Relevant experience in MEP project execution and management.
- Strong knowledge of building services and MEP coordination.
- Valuable leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Candidates available for immediate/early joining preferred.
