- Contribute to the development and implementation HSE Polices of various programs, campaigns, and procedures (ergonomics, lockout, inspections Incident management and scheduled audits (Both Internal & External) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training to EHS department and plant personnel on key Occupational safety and health requirements and compliance.
- Identify the areas of risk to Synnat in respect of working conditions and standards as related to Health and Safety (HIRA, HAZOP, HAZID & MSDS)
- Performs statistical analysis, prepares reports, maintains appropriate compliance records and files required documents with various regulatory agencies within stated deadlines.
- Leading and embedding a greater HSE focus and Safety culture.
- Assess the scale of emergency and decide whether a major emergency exists or is likely. shall co-ordinate process of in office plan on observing the scenario and severity of impact.
