Role & responsibilities

- Excellent customer handling and public dealing

Manage backend operations and day-to-day coordination

Handle post-sales activities and ensure zero-defect service as per company policies and systems

Prepare and maintain MIS reports

Coordinate closely with Sales & Accounts Departments

- Operate company software efficiently and adapt to new technology/software updates
- Knowledge of legal and taxation matters will be an added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

- 45 to 60 years only
- Location: Candidates residing within 67 km of Jasola
- Finance/Banking background preferred
- Retired professionals from Banks/Banking Institutions may also apply
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Keen learner with the ability to adapt to new software
- Responsible, disciplined and service-oriented
- Immediate joiners preferred
