Role Description The DGM/GM – Operations role is a full time, on-site position based in Gorakhpur, responsible for overseeing hospital operations to ensure high-quality, efficient, and patient-centric services. This role involves managing daily operational workflows, coordinating with clinical and non-clinical departments, and maintaining service standards aligned with organizational goals.



The professional in this position will monitor performance metrics, optimize resource utilization, and drive continuous improvement in processes, patient experience, and safety practices.

Key responsibilities include supervising teams, supporting budgeting and cost-control initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic operational plans. The role also includes building strong relationships with patients, families, and internal stakeholders to uphold Regency Health’s reputation for excellence in care.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Experience, Technical and Behavioural Skills

- Prior experience in senior operations roles within healthcare or hospital settings is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations.
