Position: DFT Engineer

Eligible Batches: 2024 & 2023 or below

About the Role

We are looking for trained freshers who are interested in building their career in Design for Test (DFT) and the Semiconductor/VLSI industry. The selected candidates will get an opportunity to work on real-world SoC projects and develop their technical skills with industry exposure.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in ECE, Electronics, VLSI, or related fields
- M.Tech in ECE, Electronics, VLSI, or related fields
- M.Tech batches: 2026 / 2025 / 2024

Preferred Skills
- Good understanding of DFT concepts
- Knowledge of Scan, BIST, and JTAG
- Understanding of ATPG and MBIST
- Familiarity with Synopsys DFT tools
- Basic knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid interest in Semiconductor/VLSI technologies

Key Responsibilities
- Support DFT implementation and verification activities.
- Work with DFT concepts such as Scan, ATPG, BIST,



JTAG, and MBIST .
- Assist in DFT insertion, test pattern generation, and related analysis.
- Understand and work with DFT tools and design flows.
- Debug basic DFT-related issues and analyze test results.
- Collaborate with design and verification teams on SoC projects.
- Follow industry-standard DFT methodologies and project requirements.
