- Robust foundation in test engineering, including experience in Test Engineering and Testing for semiconductor devices.
- Hands-on experience with test execution processes, including Test Execution and working with automated test environments.
- Ability to design, review, and optimize Test Cases, with a focus on structured and reusable test assets.
- Knowledge of Functional Testing methodologies, including validation of device functionality against specifications.
- Proficiency in DFT concepts (scan insertion, BIST, boundary scan), and familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, VLSI, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
with attention to detail in test planning and data analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, TCL) and test automation frameworks is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to semiconductor manufacturing test flows and yield improvement activities is beneficial.
