At Mahindra Finance, customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do. We are looking for

DecSecOps Engineer with good experience in setting up, monitoring and improving DevSecOps tools and processes, automate routine tasks and improve system reliability. Also, to play a critical role in providing technical support for day-to-day security operations, security tool integration, automation, change management and business continuity program.

Must Have

 Hands-on Experience as a DevSecOps engineer in MUST

 Hands-on experience of various DevSecOps tools (e.g. Git, GitHub workflows, Twistlock,

Accunetix, SonarQube, Jenkins, etc.), open-source technologies, and cloud-native DevSecOps services is must.

 Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes in must.

 Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles is needed.

 Good knowledge of any programming language

 Working knowledge of databases and SQL

 Problem-solving attitude

 Excellent troubleshooting skills

 Mentoring and guiding the team members and Cooperative team spirit

 Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of production errors and resolve technical issues

 Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Good to have

 Any Cloud Security Certifications like AWS Certified Security Specialty is preferred.



Industry recognized certification (CEH) is preferred.

 Evaluate and set up security-focused tools, vulnerably management tools and services and required infrastructure.

 Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation

 Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible



Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management

 Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools

 Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development,

and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
