Job Title: Devops Lead

:

- Candidate Current job should be a DevOps Engg and has been in DevOps for atleast 4+ years – his/her day job has to be DevOps at some scale and complexity .

- Candidate should come from a positive company background (Tech Company Preferable – ISV, well-known brand and has been working with them for a decent time to have gained depth.

- Project work demonstrates working on large, complex, cloud, CI/CD, Container etc. work. Preferably shows well known certifications (like AWS DevOps Certified Professional)

- Candidate should have extensive experience in Release management and CI/CD Pipeline implementation.

- Release Engineering and CI/CD, they should be strong on this.

- Expertise In AWS + Kubernetes is must, Excellent communication skills

- Client is looking for people who have extensive experience in developing and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and part of release management teams.

• Will partner with CLIENT staff in creative problem solving and assist with strategic technology decisions.
- Manage user access and privileges to the DP environments.
- Monitor security policies as defined in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) interface on AWS and collaborate with CLIENT staff to remediate any security issues that are surfaced.
- Will be responsible for making changes across dev, integration, staging and production environment if there are any changes in access policies.




- Monitor and manage user roles and AWS resource configuration based on existing CLIENT compliance requirements.
- Implement and maintain adherence to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) policies as defined. Develop, maintain, and execute infrastructure as code (IaC) lifecycle, including, but not limited to, building Cloud Formation scripts, integrating with GitHub Actions, gaining approval for deployments with CLIENT, and executing and validating pushes to integration, test, and production.
- Automate and manage the process to onboard new users to AWS.
- Manage user access to GitHub repositories in collaboration with repository owners.

Managed Data & Applications

- Provide support for applications and model deployments in production, dev, staging and integration environments.
- Will partner with CLIENT staff in creative problem solving and will assist with strategic technology decisions.
- Support and maintain the data pipelines from both internal and external data sources feeding into the DP set up on AWS.
- Support for the pipeline set up for training the machine learning (ML) and generative AI models and for running batch inferencing for the ML models.
- Create new environments/accounts, as required, to support new projects.
- The MSP will implement and maintain alerting and monitoring for generative AI and ML models, data pipeline, and security.
- MSP will manage backups, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any incidents, and provide a proactive plan for managing patches and hot fixes.
- MSP will participate in the production and review of runbooks (as produced by the application development teams) prior to application’s deployment into production.
