Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer who will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and highly reliable cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with our software engineering teams, optimize systems performance, drive CI/CD implementation, and ensure smooth deployment and operational excellence across systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Contribute to the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of scalable cloud-based systems.
- Work with cloud computing models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure on cloud platforms (preferably AWS or GCP).
- Implement and maintain IaC practices using tools like Terraform and configuration management tools like Puppet .
- Utilize container technologies ( Docker, Kubernetes ) and ensure efficient orchestration and deployment.
- Setup, manage, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using DevOps toolchains (e.g. GitLab).
- Work closely with engineering teams to support scalable and secure platform solutions.
- Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts to ensure system reliability and uptime.
- Ensure security best practices, including VPC configuration, networking standards, identity, access management, and compliance.
- Support elastic data and logging systems including Elasticsearch .
- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and DevOps process improvements.




- Monitor cloud infrastructure costs and optimize resource utilization.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud environments (preferably GCP and/or AWS).
- Experience with Terraform and configuration management tools like Puppet.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD practices and automation.
- Scripting knowledge using languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, VPCs, and security best practices.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

- Experience in cloud architecture design, deployment, or migration.
- Familiarity with automation tools supporting CI/CD pipeline setup and enhancements.
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Exposure to managing large-scale systems or big data environments.
- Experience managing cloud-based databases.
