Lead / Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Azure DevOps, Terraform, New Relic, and cloud-native DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, observability engineering, containerized deployments, and AI-driven DevOps (AIOps).

This role requires a technical leader capable of architecting scalable cloud infrastructure, implementing DevOps best practices, driving automation initiatives, and leading cloud transformation programs across enterprise environments.

Roles & Responsibilities DevOps Architecture & Strategy
- Design and implement enterprise-grade DevOps architecture across multi-cloud environments.
- Define DevOps standards, governance, security practices,



and automation strategies.
- Architect scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized AWS infrastructure solutions.

Infrastructure as Code & Automation
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Create reusable Terraform modules and enforce IaC best practices.
- Automate provisioning, deployment, scaling, and infrastructure lifecycle management.

CI/CD & Deployment Engineering
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate build, test, deployment, and release workflows.
- Implement Blue-Green deployments and disaster recovery strategies.
- Define Git workflows and branching standards.

Cloud & Container Platform Management
- Architect and manage AWS services including Lambda, EC2, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, SQS, and DynamoDB.
- Deploy and manage Docker-based microservices and Amazon EKS environments.
- Configure networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, and security best practices.

Observability & Monitoring
- Implement observability solutions using Current Relic and AWS CloudWatch.
- Configure logging, monitoring, ing, and performance optimization.
- Improve system reliability, availability, and operational visibility.

AIOps & AI-Driven DevOps
- Implement AI-driven automation and anomaly detection solutions.




- Integrate AI/ML tools into DevOps workflows and operational processes.
- Leverage tools like Codex and ChatGPT to improve engineering productivity.

Security & Compliance
- Implement DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage secrets, access controls, identity management, and compliance standards.
- Ensure infrastructure security and governance compliance.

Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor DevOps engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive innovation, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Multi-cloud architecture experience
- Exposure to FinOps practices
- Experience with Kafka or event-driven platforms

Experience Required

- 5+ years of relevant DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience
- Solid hands-on experience in AWS and Azure DevOps
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale DevOps transformation programs
- Experience managing production-grade cloud-native environments
