Must-Have Skills:

- Strong AWS experience EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, Route 53, CloudWatch
- Terraform / CloudFormation
- Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI
- Kubernetes – AWS EKS / OpenShift
- Python / Bash / Go
- Prometheus / Grafana / Datadog / ELK / CloudWatch
- Cloud Security – IAM, VPC, Security Groups, WAF, Secrets Management
- Production Support, Incident Management & RCA

• HA / DR / Reliability Engineering

AI-Assisted DevOps – Mandatory
- Hands-on use of GitHub Copilot / Claude Code / Cursor / similar AI tools
- AI-assisted Terraform, CI/CD and automation development




- AI-assisted log/incident analysis and runbook documentation

• Ability to review AI-generated code for security, correctness and cost

Preferred
- US Healthcare / Health Insurance / Payer experience
- HIPAA-aware infrastructure
- Kafka / API Gateway / Service Mesh

• AWS / Kubernetes certifications
