About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment operations for enterprise-scale SaaS applications. You will work across public and private cloud environments, helping to improve reliability, scalability, and security while collaborating closely with development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Automation

- Deploy, configure, and maintain infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, or private clouds (VMware, OpenStack).
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Automate provisioning, scaling, and workplace setup for applications.
- Support implementation of HA and DR strategies.

CI/CD Release Engineering

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows for microservices and APIs.
- Ensure smooth, reliable, and repeatable deployments.

Containerization Orchestration

- Manage and optimize Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE).
- Work with Helm charts and manage service configurations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot containerized workloads.

Monitoring, Logging Security

- Configure monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or Datadog).
- Manage alerts, dashboards,



and log analytics.
- Follow best practices for IAM, secrets management, and compliance (SOC2, ISO, CIS).

Collaboration Operations

- Collaborate with development, QA, and SRE teams to ensure uptime and performance.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
- Contribute to DevOps process improvements and documentation.

Required Skills Experience

- 3 6 years of hands-on DevOps and cloud engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, IaC, and containerization concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Familiar with scripting languages like Bash or Python.
- Knowledge of monitoring, networking, and security fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD, or Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux) or observability platforms.
- Understanding of SaaS architectures and automation best practices.
