We're Hiring: Cloud Platform Engineer – Azure (DevOps / MLOps)

Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM IST (US overlap)

Role Overview

You will run and maintain an enterprise Azure platform, deploying ML models, data pipelines, and applications into production and keeping them stable, secure, and cost-efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Operations & Infrastructure

- Monitor and resolve incidents across AKS, Azure Functions, Azure ML, App Service, Storage, and Key Vault
- Remediate security vulnerabilities and apply Azure service upgrades
- Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues with IT and network teams
- Provision infrastructure for new projects via ServiceNow
- Monitor data and model pipelines; diagnose and fix failures
- Manage Key Vault secrets, service principals, and environment configuration
- Track Azure costs and recommend cost-productive deployment patterns

Deployment & Containerization
- Containerize applications, publish to Azure Container Registry, and deploy to App Service and AKS via CI/CD
- Configure Entra ID app registrations for SSO and role mapping
- Set up storage, database connectivity, firewall rules, and DNS/SSL for new applications
- Deploy and support Streamlit apps and model-serving endpoints





Model & Pipeline Delivery
- Build, deploy, and support ETL pipelines
- Deploy ML models to production and support scoring and scheduled runs
- Convert data scientists' code into production-grade services
- Configure Azure AI services (AI Foundry, AI Search, Azure OpenAI)

Must Have

- Background in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or MLOps
- Strong hands-on Azure: AKS, Functions, App Service, Azure ML, ACR, Key Vault, Storage, Entra ID
- Python and shell scripting
- Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform / Bicep / ARM
- Docker and CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Kubernetes operations and troubleshooting
- Networking: private endpoints, firewall rules, DNS, SSL/TLS
- Experience deploying and supporting ML models in production
- ETL development and pipeline monitoring
- Strong communication skills for working directly with client teams

Good to Have

- Azure certifications: AZ-104 / AZ-400 / DP-100
- Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse
- Azure AI Foundry / AI Search
- Experience in enterprise environments with change control processes
- Streamlit / FastAPI
