Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to streamline and automate our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security processes. You will work closely with backend, frontend, and data teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of our fintech applications running on AWS and GCP.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Manage and optimize AWS and GCP infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Automate provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Monitor and optimize system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
- Implement security best practices, including IAM roles, VPC configurations, and encryption.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes to orchestrate containerized applications.
- Optimize database performance and backup strategies for MySQL and DynamoDB.




- Collaborate with development teams to enhance system scalability and fault tolerance.
- Ensure compliance with SAMA, UAE Central Bank, and other fintech regulations.

Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or site reliability engineering.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AWS and GCP services.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Expertise in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD.
- Monitoring & Logging: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
- Security & Compliance: Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements for fintech applications.
- Scripting & Automation: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Networking: Experience with VPCs, load balancers, firewalls, and DNS configurations.
