Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DevOps Engineer role based in Chennai. The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities include managing and automating infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools, administering Linux-based systems, and collaborating with development and operations teams to improve reliability and scalability. The role also involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues in production and staging environments,



and implementing best practices for security, backups, and disaster recovery. The DevOps Engineer will contribute to process improvements, documentation, and tooling to ensure effective, repeatable deployments across customer environments.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices to automate provisioning and configuration.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development and Continuous Integration for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid background in System Administration with a focus on Linux environments, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk) to support observability and incident response.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and automation scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
