We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (Senior Associate) to join our engineering team and help build, automate, and support modern cloud platforms powering microservices-based applications.

This role is ideal for a hands-on DevOps professional with strong experience in AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, automation, Kubernetes, cloud operations, and reliability engineering, along with an interest in FinOps and AI-driven engineering practices.

? What You'll Do

- Design, implement, and support scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
- Provision and manage AWS services including VPC, IAM, S3, RDS/Aurora, Lambda, EKS, and monitoring services.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Support microservices-based applications across development, testing, and production environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and reliability improvements.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.
- Contribute to cloud cost optimization and FinOps initiatives, including tagging, rightsizing, resource cleanup, storage optimization, and cost analysis.
- Support cloud databases such as Amazon RDS, Aurora/Aurora PostgreSQL, and PostgreSQL, including monitoring, backups, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Work with Liquibase, AWS Step Functions, and AWS Glue for database versioning, workflow orchestration, and data integration.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Follow cloud security, governance, compliance, and engineering best practices.
- Explore and implement AI-assisted DevOps tools to improve automation, productivity, and operational efficiency.





? Required Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.
- Robust practical knowledge of Terraform, including modules, remote state, providers, variables, outputs, workspaces, lifecycle rules, and plan/apply workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Basic to intermediate Kubernetes knowledge; EKS experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments and Git-based version control.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms.
- Understanding of cloud security, governance, compliance, and IAM.
- Exposure to FinOps and AWS cost optimization practices.
- Hands-on experience supporting Amazon RDS/Aurora is highly desirable.
- AWS certification is a plus.

? Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS EKS, Aurora PostgreSQL, Liquibase, Step Functions, and AWS Glue.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Amazon CodeWhisperer, or similar AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Experience with platform engineering, SRE, cloud modernization, or enterprise DevOps environments.
- Experience implementing automation for cloud cost optimization.
