Role Summary

We are seeking a DevOps position with experience in CI/CD, automation, Kubernetes, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate should have a strong automation mindset, hands-on technical expertise, and a passion for improving developer productivity, platform reliability, and operational efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

CI/CD & Automation

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Build reusable pipeline templates, automation frameworks, and Infrastructure-as-Code modules using Terraform/Terragrunt/Ansible.
- Automate releases, deployments, versioning, rollback, and workplace provisioning.
- Troubleshoot pipeline, deployment, and platform issues across the delivery lifecycle.
- Develop automation using Python, PowerShell or Shell.
- Understanding of AWS services, roles, networking, security, Database, and cloud-native architectures, with experience integrating cloud resources into automated CI/CD workflows.

Kubernetes & Platform Engineering

- Automate deployments using Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD.
- Implement GitOps-based deployment practices.
- Automate configuration management, secrets management, namespace provisioning, and platform operations.
- Develop health checks, diagnostics, and self-healing automation.

Observability & DevSecOps

- Implement monitoring and alerting automation using Sumologic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
- Integrate SAST, DAST, container scanning, dependency scanning, and SBOM generation into CI/CD pipelines.




- Automate vulnerability management, secrets rotation, and compliance controls.

AI-Powered DevOps

- Leverage AI tools and AI-assisted engineering capabilities to improve development and operations workflows.
- Implement AI-driven solutions for incident analysis, log insights, deployment risk assessment, runbook generation, and automation recommendations.
- Utilize AI-powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q, or similar solutions.
- Contribute to intelligent automation, and AI-enabled platform engineering initiatives.

Required Skills

Need Strong experience with

- GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions

- Terraform/Terragrunt and Ansible
- Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD
- Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go
- Git and source control practices
- Leverage AI tools and AI-assisted engineering capabilities
- Good understanding of AWS services, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service automation solutions.
- Exposure to GitOps, Platform Engineering, and AI/Agentic AI frameworks.
- Cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications.
