Must-Have · Experienced Atlassian Administrator with strong expertise in Atlassian Cloud · Experience with Bamboo Data Center to Bitbucket Cloud migration for CI/CD pipelines · Experience with configuration, administration and management of Bitbucket Pipeline · Experience creating detailed documents (SOP’s, spreadsheets, flow & process diagrams) · Strong understanding of Git workflows and branching strategies · Experience with CI/CD concepts and pipeline automation

Positive-to-Have · Atlassian Cloud Admin certification · Jira and Confluence Administration experience

1 Managing, optimizing, and supporting the Atlassian DevOps toolchain

2 Leading migration initiatives from Bamboo Data Center to Bitbucket Pipeline

3 Administering Bitbucket Cloud repositories, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery processes





4 Administer and support Bamboo Data Center environments

5 Configure and maintain build plans, deployment projects, agents, permissions, and integrations.

6 Perform platform upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

7 Configure repository permissions, merge checks, branch protection policies, and security controls

8 Develop migration runbooks, rollback procedures, and validation strategies.

9 Coordinate testing, cutover, and post-migration support activities

10 Troubleshoot pipeline failures, integration issues, and platform performance problems
