Role & responsibilities The Role

We are looking for a DevOps , AWS & AI Agent Engineer based in Tamil Nadu who is strong in AWS architecture and cloud infrastructure, while also having a genuine interest in AI-assisted and agentic software development.

You will be responsible for designing, deploying, securing and maintaining our AWS infrastructure, while working closely with our development and AI teams located in Singapore, the USA and India. to build reliable, scalable environments for our growing portfolio of AI-powered applications.

This is not a traditional infrastructure-only DevOps role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable writing code, working with AI agents and experimenting with new AI-native development approaches.

Key Responsibilities

AWS & Cloud Infrastructure

- Design, deploy and maintain scalable AWS architectures.
- Manage AWS services including compute, networking, databases, storage, security and monitoring.
- Design highly available, secure and cost-efficient cloud environments.
- Manage environments across development, staging and production.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and automated provisioning wherever appropriate.
- Monitor system performance, availability, security and costs.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues.
- Implement appropriate backup, disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

DevOps & Automation

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software and AI applications.
- Automate deployment, testing, infrastructure provisioning and operational processes.
- Improve development-to-production workflows and deployment reliability.
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting and observability.
- Establish practical DevOps standards and best practices across development teams.
- Work closely with developers to improve application performance and production reliability.

AI & Agentic Development





- Work with developers and AI engineers to deploy and operate AI-powered applications and agents.
- Develop or integrate software using AI coding agents and agentic development tools.
- Experiment with AI-assisted programming to improve development productivity.
- Build automation workflows where AI agents can perform engineering or operational tasks.
- Understand how AI agents interact with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure and software systems.
- Help establish secure and scalable infrastructure for agentic applications.

Essential Skills

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience designing and managing AWS architectures.
- Strong practical knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud architecture.
- Experience deploying and managing production systems on AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Strong Linux/server administration knowledge.
- Experience with infrastructure automation / Infrastructure as Code.
- Valuable programming or scripting skills.
- Experience using AI coding tools, AI agents or agentic programming workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Willingness to work from Tamil Nadu Office, India.
- Comfortable collaborating with international teams across different time zones.

Good to Have Experience with some of the following would be advantageous:

- Docker / Kubernetes
- Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD or similar
- Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or other modern programming languages
- AWS Lambda / serverless architecture
- ECS / EKS
- RDS / PostgreSQL / SQL Server
- AWS networking, VPC, IAM and security
- CloudWatch and observability platforms
- API development and integration
- OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or other LLM platforms
- Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar AI development tools
- MCP and tool-calling architectures
- AI agent frameworks and orchestration
- Experience deploying AI/LLM applications in production
